# Your profile

> Name, avatar, preferred language — your personal Keloa account.

Your **profile** is your personal Keloa account, separate from the workspace. One profile can belong to multiple workspaces.

## Open your profile

Click your avatar in the top-right → **Profile**.

## What you can edit

| Field                        | Note                                                                           |

| **Name**                     | Shown to teammates and (where applicable) to customers as signature            |
| **Avatar**                   | Upload an image. 256×256 px PNG/JPG. Used in the inbox and in email signatures |
| **Email**                    | Your login address. Changing it requires re-verification                       |
| **Preferred language**       | UI language. EN, NL (more coming)                                              |
| **Notification preferences** | Email + desktop notification toggles per event                                 |

## Avatar

Click **Change** → pick an image. If you don't upload one, we use the initials of your name on a brand-coloured background.

Remove with **Remove avatar**.

## Notifications

Per-event toggles:

* **New message in a conversation I'm assigned to** — email / desktop
* **@mention in an internal note** — email / desktop
* **Conversation assigned to me** — email / desktop
* **Daily summary** — email digest of yesterday's volume

Desktop notifications require browser permission. If the prompt doesn't appear, your browser has probably blocked them — unblock for `app.keloa.ai` in browser site settings.

## Languages

Changing your preferred language switches the **Keloa UI** into that language. It does not change how the AI replies — that's per-agent and auto-detected from the customer's language.

## Sign out

Top-right avatar menu → **Sign out**. Ends the current session on this device. Use **Settings → Security → Revoke all sessions** to sign out everywhere.

## Deleting your account

**Profile → ⋯ → Delete account**. Removes you from every workspace. If you're the last admin of a workspace, you must assign a new admin first.

This is separate from **deleting a workspace** (done by a workspace admin in workspace settings).
