# Plans

> Starter, Growth, Business, Scale — what each plan includes and how to pick one.

Keloa has four plans. Starter is **free forever**. Paid plans cancel anytime.

**Channels** are the places your customers message you (web widget, email, social). **Integrations** are connected third-party apps that feed data or run actions (Shopify, custom HTTP, Slack, Google Drive) — a separate pool that does not count against your channels. **Knowledge** is now measured in characters of extracted text rather than megabytes — roughly 2,500 characters per page, so Starter's 100,000 is about 40 pages of text. Email is locked on Starter (widget-only); flows are locked on Starter.

### Growth — €49 / month

Everything in Starter, plus:

* 2 AI agents · 1,500 replies / month
* **Email channel** (up to 3 addresses, 1 sender domain) + chat widget
* 1,000,000-character knowledge base (≈ 400 pages of text) · **Q\&A pairs**
* **Flow automations** (up to 2) · CSAT collection
* **Internal notes** with @mentions
* Email support, 1-business-day SLA

Good for: small teams handling daily customer chat.

### Business — €149 / month

Everything in Growth, plus:

* 4 AI agents · 6,000 replies / month
* 10,000,000-character knowledge base (≈ 4,000 pages of text) · **auto-recrawl** (weekly)
* **Working hours** · **proactive widget triggers**
* **Advanced analytics** · **handoff rules**

Good for: growing teams that want serious automation.

### Scale — €449 / month

Everything in Business, plus:

* Unlimited AI agents, channels, and integrations within fair-use
* 25,000 replies / month · 75,000,000-character knowledge base (≈ 30,000 pages of text)
* Auto-recrawl up to **daily** cadence
* **SSO (SAML / OIDC)** + **audit log export**
* Dedicated CSM, 1-hour SLA
* Custom data residency on request

Good for: mid-market and multi-brand.

## Top up and auto-recharge

If you hit your monthly cap on a paid plan, buy a one-time top-up for **€30 / 1,000 replies**, or enable **auto-recharge** at the same price/pack to top up automatically when you fall below the threshold. See [Usage & credits](/billing/usage-and-credits).

## Choose a plan

Sidebar → **Settings → Plan & billing** → pick a plan → **Upgrade**.

Keloa redirects you to Stripe Checkout. Pay with a card, iDEAL, SEPA direct debit, or Apple/Google Pay. After payment, the new caps apply instantly.

## Changing plans

* **Upgrade** is immediate and prorated.
* **Downgrade** takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Caps reduce then.
* **Cancel** stops renewal; the workspace reverts to Starter caps at period end.

## Yearly billing

Yearly billing saves \~20% and is a single up-front charge. Change from monthly → yearly at any time (prorated).
